Ice bars returning to Milwaukee's historic Third Ward

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The ice bars in Milwaukee's historic Third Ward are returning for a third year.
The St. Paul Fish Company, The Wicked Hop, and Cafe Benelux all had ice bars last year.
The group Art Below Zero will design and sculpt the ice bars. Last season's mild winter forced the ice bars to close by mid-February.
