I-43 near Lapham open after man found unconscious on freeway

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police closed the I-43 northbound on-ramp near Lapham Blvd tonight due to a man found unconscious.
Police say the man was in his 30s. He was lying on the freeway and was "apparently under narcotics influence".
Police were able to regain his consciousness after CPR and 4X Narcan.
