I-41 Southbound Access to Greenfield Ave Will Close for 1 Week

As work continues on the Zoo Interchange a new roadway will be open for drivers who travel along I-41 southbound during the overnight hours.  A key traffic switch will place drivers on the newly constructed bridges in the core of the interchange itself.

There will be a tradeoff though, with the new roadway comes a closure.  Starting Saturday at 7 a.m. I-41 SB traffic will not be able to access the off ramp to Greenfield Ave.  This closure will last for 1 week as crew reconstruct the roadway around the area.  This is all part of the Zoo Interchange Construction Project.

While the Greenfield  ramp is closed drivers should detour and exit either at Bluemound Rd or Lincoln Ave.
