Hyatt holds contest to rename Polaris Room

It's been an icon in Milwaukee since 1980, but the Polaris Room is now poised to go by the wayside. The popular revolving restaurant closed to the public in 2009, opening only for private events. Now, with a refurbishment of the restaurant planned to be completed some time in 2016, the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee is having a contest to rename the facility.

You have until July 31st to submit ideas. The grand prize winner gets a two-night stay in the Hyatt's presidential suite for two people, which includes breakfast each morning.
