MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Thousands of people are getting a helping hand this Thanksgiving season.
The Hunger Task Force gave out around 2,400 turkeys Monday, Nov. 25, for their annual Turkey Club event.
Some of the turkeys are headed to other pantries around the area for distribution throughout the week.
CBS 58 is teaming up with the Hunger task Force and the Brewers Community Foundation for our annual Drive Thru Food Drive. Food can be dropped off at the Helfaer Field at Miller Park Wednesday, Nov. 27 from 5 a.m.- 6 p.m.
Everyone who donates will receive gifts from corporate sponsors.
