OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A massive garage sale is about to get underway at the old Olympia Resort in Oconomowoc. Crews are getting ready to tear down the resort, but first, everything inside has to be sold.
The resort is 17 acres and had 350 rooms with 3 restaurants, so everything including furniture, kitchen items, and decorations has to go.
"We're going to sell you a dresser for $6, there's good deals to be had here. You can buy things for as little as a quarter for a fork up to $5,000 for a Kawai baby grand piano," said James Long with International Content Liquidators.
The sale starts at 10:00 a.m. Thursday. Olympia will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday until everything is gone.
