How to enjoy Halloween this year amidst pandemic concerns 🎃

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With Halloween right around the corner, a recent survey from the National Confectioners Association reveals that 82% of people plan to celebrate Halloween this year. 

That is a 12% increase from the 70% who said they would do so last year.
