Burlington (CBS 58)--Hot chocolate can almost be a staple on these cold winter days. This weekend in Burlington, it's actually the central focus for an annual event. Hot ChocolateFest returns to Echo Park starting on Friday and runs through Sunday. And beside twelve businesses competing for the best drink, there will be a chili cookoff. One big change from last year is broom ball will be played on the lake instead of Pond Hockey.
