MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim of Monday's shooting as 50-year-old Angelo Daremius Artea Nelson of Milwaukee.

The ME's office lists the location of Nelson's death as an apartment stairwell.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A homicide investigation is underway on Milwaukee's east side. 

Authorities were called to the scene near Astor and Knapp streets around 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2. 

According to police, a 31-year-old man fatally shot a 50-year-old victim during an argument. 

The 31-year-old was arrested, and criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
