Hometown restaurants get hands-on training with DoorDash resources, AI tools
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- At Third Street Market Hall, local restaurants took a major step in getting the word out on their business.
DoorDash, along with the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, and the city of Milwaukee, held a local business workshop on Monday, June 8.
The program gave businesses hands-on training with DoorDash and new AI tools -- all intended to help small businesses grow.
"It's difficult to run a restaurant, it's difficult to run any small business, so the more access to resources that folks have, the better those places will be," said Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson.
The workshop series is part of DoorDash's "Unlocking Main Street" campaign, which aims to make it easier for small businesses to open and grow all across the country.
