Homers hurt Lohse in 5-2 loss to Braves

MILWAUKEE - Carlos Gomez homered on the first pitch seen by a Brewers batter Tuesday night. But the Braves were the ones hitting home runs in quantity against Kyle Lohse.
Freddie Freeman hit two home runs in consecutive at-bats in the sixth and eighth innings, and Jason Heyward added a two-run homer in a 5-2 Brewers loss at Miller Park.
Lohse held the Braves scoreless for the first four innings before Heyward sent a rocket into the right field bleachers to give the Braves a lead.
Gomez's homer was the first by a Brewers player this season. Aramis Ramirez added an RBI single.
