Homeless Community Center Unveils Expansion Plans

The Maccanon Brown Homeless Sanctuary in Milwaukee unveiled their expansion plans to transform a five-story warehouse into a daytime community center.

Phase one of the project is transforming the first floor of the community center into a one-stop shop  offering a meal program, showers, clothing, recovery support, and an emergency warming room during extremely cold temperatures.

The Maccanon Brown Homeless Shelter hopes to purchase the warehouse by December 23rd and begin renovations.
