NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) – Despite this past weekend’s wet weather, some people spent their days checking out new homes in New Berlin.
The Metropolitan Builders Association is holding open houses at several sites the next few weekends. The event showcases 49 homes and one condominium by 20 different builders.
“It’s a very unique property, every home here is outfitted with a solar-electric panel that is designed to produce the same amount of electricity that each home is going to consume in an average year,” Matt Kawczynski with Tim O’Brien Homes said.
More information on the home tour can be found on the MBA website.
