WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A century old Waukesha tradition is coming to an end.
Friday was Blair Elementary School's 128th and final 'Blair Flair.'
The school is closing due to a consolidation plan with Lowell and Hawthorne Elementary.
Families lined up to take pictures next to Blair's historic and iconic bell.
The school's principal say it's a bittersweet celebration.
"It's going to be hugely missed but I think we can recreate this at another site because it's about the people. It's about the community and it's about coming together," said Aida Cruz-Farin, Principal.
Blair Elementary School is more than 130 years old.
The Principal says it's still unclear what will be done with the historic bell.
