MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Angela Walters, the 2023 Chairperson for the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Board of Directors, reported an 18% decline in home sales last month, according to the association's sales report.
She discussed the details when joining us on Tuesday, Sept. 26.
Walters touched on the downturn in August compared to the previous year and highlighted an increase in Hispanic homeownership. She also discussed the strength of the Hispanic realtor community, resources available to Hispanic homebuyers and the steps for potential buyers to enter the market.
