High winds and blowing snow at Milwaukee lakefront

High winds and snow created some fun for people down at the lakefront and trouble for others Sunday morning in Milwaukee.

There were large waves on the lake that were crashing into the shoreline.

People were driving down to the lake to see the water and what the winds were creating.

However, that drifting snow was a major problem for drivers on Lincoln Memorial Drive.

A number of cars got stuck in the snow covering intersections.

CBS 58 witnessed several cars sliding down Watertower Road.

At Lafayette Hill, there were a number of families sledding and enjoying the weather.
