Kansasville (CBS 58)--It’s not every day you get to play golf in the dead of winter, much less on a frozen lake. This weekend, you have the chance, and it’s all for a good cause. For another year, “Winter Golf on Eagle Lake” will take place right outside Michael’s on The Lake restaurant. You get to play 9 holes with one club and a tennis ball. The money raised goes toward the non-profit community center out of Burlington called Love Inc.
The Kansasville-Dover Betterment Committee puts on this annual event. It’ll take place this Saturday from noon until four. It’s ten dollars per golfer. Kids under 12 can golf for free. Click here for all the details.
