Here's how Milwaukee residents can receive free flu shots in October

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Salvation Army and Advocate Aurora Health have partnered to provide free flu shots to Milwaukee residents every Wednesday throughout the month of October.

Residents living in the following zip codes qualify: 53210, 53233, and 53205.

The flu shots will be administered from 9 a.m. to 4p.m. inside the medical clinic at The Salvation Army of Milwaukee County's Emergency Lodge, 1730 N 7th St. Visitors are urged to enter through the back entrance on Vine.

The flu shots are a walk-up service and appointments are not required.

Those who participate must wear a mask upon entry to the building. Masks will be provided if needed.
