WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County (HAWS) is offering multiple training classes to lower stress and anxiety while increasing confidence in pets.
The sessions are called "Reactive Rover" and "Confident Canine." Both programs provide coping and management skills.
Those with the organization say much of the angst in animals has stemmed from the pandemic, with one significant issue being how animals adapt to people and other animals crowding their space now social distancing has become a lower priority in most households.
