MILWAUKEE COUNTY (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office is offering tips for people that have to drive on Wednesday during frigid temperatures.
Authorities say it’s important to keep a phone charger in your car and other supplies in case you get stuck.
“Have extra clothing, blankets in the car,” Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office deputy inspector Dan Hughes said.
Hughes said the department responded to several disabled vehicles early Wednesday morning.
MCSO asks people to stay inside but if you have to go out, use extra caution on the roads.
