GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Greenfield Police say two people were taken into custody following a theft, chase and crash early Thursday morning.
Authorities say around 12:21 a.m., they were called for a report of a theft at Meijer near 60th and Layton. Officers located the suspect vehicle and tried to stop it. The driver failed to stop and took off going 90 miles per hour. According to police, the car then went through the intersection of W. Layton Ave. and S. 13th St. and hit two cars. The suspect vehicle then rolled over and came to a rest on its roof.
Two suspects were taken into custody.
One of the people in a car that was hit was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Greenfield Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that stemmed from a pursuit, around 12:30 a.m., Thursday morning.
According to Police, squads were called for reports about a theft at the Meijer near S. 60th and W. Layton. When officers attempted to pull over the suspected vehicle, a pursuit was initiated.
The suspect vehicle crashed into two other cars near S. 13th St. and W. Layton Ave.
Two people in the suspect vehicle were transported to the hospital, along with another victim from one of the other vehicles.
Police said the suspect vehicle was stolen and that the incident was still under investigation.
