Green County police seeking assistance in finding Alton Ray Sweatt

UPDATE: Alton Ray Sweatt has been located safe.
GREEN COUNTY (CBS 58) -- Green County police are seeking assistance in finding 74-year-old Alton Ray Sweatt.
According to reports, Sweatt left his residence today, on April 23, to head to a previous home in Rives Tennessee. He left in a black 2015 Dodge Ram with a Tennessee license plate reading Y8032R.
He suffered from a stroke in 2019 that left him with a left-sided weakness and a facial droop, according to police.
He also left behind medication that he needs for severe purposes.
He was last seen wearing dark colored shorts, a blue pinstripe t-shirt and tan colored shoes.
