Green Bay Man Sentenced 32 years in Prison for Fatal OWI Crash

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV)- The man responsible for a drunk driving crash that killed a married couple in February of 2016 has been sentenced to 32 years in prison, plus another 30 on extended supervision. 

Daniel Boucher appeared in a Brown County courtroom Friday afternoon.

In December, he reached a plead deal and was found guilty on 1st degree reckless homicide, homicide by drunken driving, OWI, and possession of marijuana. Fifteen other counts were dismissed. 

Boucher ran a stop sign at Oakwood and Packerland Drive, killing James and Wendy Rush. The couple left behind two teenage children.
