Green Bay Man Accused of $117,500 in Social Security Fraud

A federal grand jury has indicted a Green Bay man for social security fraud.

Randall J. Frisque, 58-years-old, was indicted on Tuesday.

Frisque is alleged to have illegally received approximately $117,500 in Social Security.

He faces up to 10 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and 3 years of supervised release.

This case was investigated by the U.S. Social Security Administration and the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services. The case will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.
