MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors is out with its December home sales report.
Tom McCormick, 2026 Chairperson for the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Board of Directors and owner of Exit Elite Realty, joined us in studio to talk about the latest report.
The report shows that overall, December home sales were up two-point-one percent in the metro area, as well as a one percent increase for the Southeast Wisconsin region in 2025.
