Village of Grafton Police Department swears in new chief

GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Grafton Police Department has a new top cop. Jeff Caponera was sworn in as chief on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
Due to COVID-19, the department says a more formal, public reception will be held at a later date.
According to Grafton police, Chief Caponera moved from Texas.
