Governor Scott Walker appoints Rebecca Bradley to Wisconsin Supreme Court

Governor Scott Walker appointed Rebecca Bradley to the Wisconsin Supreme Court on October 9.

Bradley served on the 1st District Appeals Court.

Bradley was appointed to serve on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals by Governor Scott Walker in May 2015. She previously served as a Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge since 2012, winning her first election in 2013.

Bradley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Economics at Marquette University in 1993. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1996.

“I think it is an outstanding appointment,” Walker said.

Walker said his criteria for the appointment was integrity, understands the law, and understands role of judiciary is to uphold the laws in this state.
