Good Samaritan helps 5-year-old boy who ran away from home after parents were being 'mean'

MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A good Samaritan helped a 5-year-old boy who was found outside.

Muskego Police say a good Samaritan located a 5-year-old boy hitchhiking in the S9900 block of Racine Avenue shortly before 7 p.m. on March 4.

The boy was found over a mile away from his home.

The good Samaritan took the child to his grandfather's home and called the police.

The 5-year-old said he was running away from home because his parents were being mean.

Police say no charges are being filed.
