Glendale police: Vehicle stolen with 3-year-old inside; child found safe

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Glendale police say an investigation is underway after a car was stolen with a child inside. 

Officers responded to the area near Port Washington Road and Silver Spring Drive around 8:24 p.m. for a reported vehicle theft and learned a 3-year-old child was inside the vehicle when it was stolen. 

Police located the vehicle around 8:44 p.m. near Kendall Avenue and N. Milwaukee River Parkway, with the child safe inside. 

No suspects are in custody at this time.
