Germantown Police Department continues to investigate a fatal hit and run accident that occurred on Sunday August 23, 2015, at 8:15 PM.

The accident involved a 50 year old Keith Habenicht, a Germantown resident, who was operating his bicycle southbound on Appleton Avenue north of Mequon Road when he was struck from behind and killed.

Below are pictures of the striking vehicle. Anyone who saw this vehicle on Sunday August 23 are being asked to call Germantown Police Department and Washington County Law Enforcement.
