Gas leak prompts business evacuation near 20th and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, a gas leak occurred near 20th and Capitol Wednesday.
Officials say a construction crew hit a gas line around 4:23 p.m., and a bank, grocery store and Family Dollar in the area were evacuated.
We Energies was able to secure the gas line, and people have been allowed to move back to their businesses.
No injuries were reported.
