MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- If your social media feeds have suddenly been taken over by hockey players, romance novels, and the words "Heated Rivalry," you’re not alone. The wildly popular hockey romance novel turned HBO Max series has helped fuel a broader moment where sports and love stories are colliding, and a Milwaukee bookstore is leaning all the way in.
We spoke with Natasha Meyer, owner of The Well Red Damsel, about hosting a "Hockey Romance Night" with the Milwaukee Admirals on Friday, Feb. 20. Readers will get to take in the action on the ice and meet romance authors.
Tickets are required.
