Frank Jude Junior charged for resisting an officer
Frank Jude, Junior was charged in Wauwatosa on June 5 with obstructing and resisting an officer.
The Department of Corrections were executing at Jude's house a felony supervision violation warrant to Frank Jude, Junior.
The Wauwatosa Police tried to arrest him for the violation and Jude resisted arrest and tried to move back into his house.
Jude pushed an officer and began walking away. The officer drew his taser and ordered him to stop.
Jude did not comply and the officers briefly tasered Jude.
Jude fell to ground, and then the police tried to reach Jude.
Jude ran north in the yard and the police pursued him.
The police continued to order him to stop.
The officer caught Jude and tried to restrain him and resulted in additional taser deployments.
Jude continued to struggle.
The officers eventually used pepper spray in defendants face and two additional officers gained physical control of Jude.
