Frank Jude, Junior is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail for for felony probation violation and resisting arrest.
Frank Jude, Junior was involved in a beating by off-duty police officers at a party in Bayview.
That happened about a decade ago.
Wauwatosa Police told CBS 58's Priscilla Luong Jude was arrested on Friday.
Police told CBS 58's Priscilla Luong there was a struggle between Jude and officers when they try to take him into custody.
