Four people injured in shootings in Milwaukee

Police are investigating four separate shooting incidents that happened Saturday night.

A 21-year-old male was shot in a vehicle after attempting to flee from a drug transaction in the 4200 block of N. 63rd Street shortly before 7:30 p.m. said police. He was taken to a hospital by a friend. He is in serious condition.

Just after 8 p.m. in the 2300 block W. Scott a 20-year-old was shot while trying a suspect from shooting someone else after a fight authorities said. He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said that shortly after 11:30 p.m. a male in his 30's was shot in the 2700 block of N. 24th Street. The victim told police that he was walking in the area when he heard shots and realized that  he had been hit. He was taken to a hospital by a friend. His injuries are non-life threatening.  

Minutes later police responded to a shooting scene in the 3300 block of N. 57th Street. A witness reported hearing gunshots and later finding an unconscious adult make in the alley. The 41-year-old victim was taken to a hospital suffering from serious injuries. The circumstances surrounding this shooting are unclear.

Milwaukee Police continue to investigate all four incidents.
