Former MPD detective accused of misusing Flock system enters not guilty plea

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The former Milwaukee police detective charged with misusing the Flock system pleaded not guilty to felony charges Wednesday, Aug. 26. 

Tehrangi Chapman is charged with misconduct in public office and misuse of a GPS device. 

He's accused of improperly using the license plate reading system while he was investigating another Milwaukee police officer's use of Flock technology. 

Chapman is due back in court on Oct. 7. 

The Milwaukee Police Department says Chapman, a 22-year veteran on the force, was "discharged" last week.
