KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former foster parent is charged with sexually assaulting one of his foster kids.
Gary Reed who now lives in Manitowoc is accused of assaulting a teenage boy back in the mid 90's in Kenosha County.
The victim told police that the abuse happened multiple times a week for more than 4 years and that there could be as many as 22 other victims.
The victim said Reed would threaten to tell his social worker or send him to a halfway house if he said anything about the abuse.
