James Kivisto owned and operated Wind Lake Gymnastics Center in Racine County for 11 years. He was arrested in March after a parent discovered a hidden camera in a bathroom.
Prosecutors dropped several counts and will recommend a 20-year prison sentence. Kivisto's sentencing is set for February 15.
