OZAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Ozaukee Country Club let non-members play at its Fore the Kids charity golf outing on Monday.
The outing included 18 holes of golf, dinner on the course, and tons of contests along with an auction. The money raised helps Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth, a camp for kids injured in fires.
"The truth is they're not victims. The kids that we meet here, the kids, they're survivors. They've just got such a tremendous attitude that they're true survivors, and it's just fun to work for them and it's fun to try and give something back for such a great cause," said organizer Bill Driscoll.
This is the fourth year of the fundraiser, and CBS 58 anchor Bill Walsh is a proud partner in the event.
