GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- For the first day of the NFL Draft, 205,000 people packed Titletown -- that is double Green Bay's population and a clear sign that football fans everywhere are excited to witness the action in person.

Day two of the draft was wet, cold and rainy, but that didn't stop any fans at Lambeau from having a good time.

Being at the NFL Draft is still a score for these fans, like 12-year-old Jackson from Nebraska who drove out Wednesday with his dad, and who only roots for the Packers.

"I had to see the stage, I mean it's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," Jackson said.

Or for David Klimek and his son, Chase -- Jets fans who flew out from Jersey.

"What I found great is the people are so much nicer than the east coast, so I really like being out here," Klimek.

While it was a bit wet outside, Mike Nelson wasn't letting the rain dampen his spirits and stop it from letting his dream come true.

"Since 1976 I've always followed the NFL Draft," he said. "So, when the opportunity came up to work the draft at Lambeau Field, I just thought it was a dream come true, and I'm very fortunate they called me, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm glad I'm here."

Rain or shine, it's clear football fans will show up no matter way.

"Hey, this is my state, and this is my city, and I'm proud we can host a draft here," said Laurie Schultz of Sheboygan.

Day three of the NFL Draft continues Saturday, and hopefully it's a little less rainy.
