Fond du Lac police identify 40-year-old man found dead as Brandon A. Johnson

FOND DU LAC, Wis (CBS 58) -- Fond du Lac authorities have identified the victim as Brandon A. Johnson, born Aug. 8, 1982.

This incident remains under active investigation by the City of Fond du Lac Police Department. FOND DU LAC, Wis (CBS 58) -- Police in Fond du Lac reported to an emergency call near Marquette and Follett Streets on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022 at approximately 7:20 a.m., where they found a 40-year-old man dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Detectives say they are are working to identify possible suspects and that at this time no suspect(s) are in custody.

The identity of the man has not been released, pending family notification(s).

FDLPD says officers and detectives will continue to canvass the area on Saturday.
