Fischer, Johnson shine as MU beats Arizona State

Luke Fischer scored 19 points in his Marquette debut and JaJuan Johnson set a career high with 22 points as Marquette defeated Arizona State 78-71 Tuesday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Fischer, playing his first game with Marquette after transferring from Indiana a year ago, tallied his 19 points on 9-of-11 shooting. JaJuan Johnson led MU with a career-high 22 points on 10-of-16 shooting.
Marquette hosts Alabama A&M Friday night at 8:00.
