First Stage announces select 'Pay What You Choose' performances for 2021-22 season
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- First Stage announced Tuesday plans to offer "Pay What You Choose" performances for select productions taking place during the remainder of the 2021-22 season.
"Pay What You Choose" tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimum suggested donation of $5 per person.
It's the seventh season for the program. First Stage tells CBS 58 it's a great opportunity for those who may be new to theater experiences.
"A way to reach new audience members and broaden the reach throughout the broader Milwaukee community both to families who have never tried a theater experience or live performance experience or to those who may feel burdened by regular ticket prices," said Jennifer Hubbartt, marketing and communications director for First Stage.
Doors open at 6 p.m. on the day of the performance and patrons are encouraged to arrive early.
Tickets may be pre-ordered by phone only at 414-267-2961.
