Firefighters battle blaze at West Bend condominium complex

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Crews in West Bend battled a two-alarm fire that swept through a six unit condominium complex early Friday morning.

It happened near School Place and River Drive.

Firefighters say the building did not have a sprinkler system or fire alarm system in place.

Officials have not indicated if anyone was injured, but firefighters did rescue two cats.

Investigators are working to determine a possible cause.
