Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Joey
The Wisconsin State Fair starts later next week and crews are busy putting the final touches on State Fair Park.
Crews were installing rides when we stopped by! One of the rides is called the "Wonder Wheel." It's 15 stories tall and is the largest traveling Ferris Wheel in the country.
"The Wonder Wheel has 6 gondolas that can fit up to 6 people in each and it takes about 10 minutes to go around and you can see about 10 miles in every direction from the top," said Jen Puente, Dir. of Marketing for the Wisconsin State Fair.
The State Fair starts a week from Thursday, August 3rd, and runs through the 16th.
