The lake effect snow continues across the metro area. It's enough to put down up to a half an inch, covering walks and driveways. Watch for slick spots this morning. Gradually the snow should end into the afternoon, leaving limited sunshine. Another chance of light snow is on Sunday afternoon as well.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Just a few chances. That's it. Saturday morning, we've had Lake Effect snow showers across the area. Then another system will impact us later Sunday afternoon into the evening. We're not expecting much, perhaps a few tenths of an inch. All this while a big storm system moves us the East Coast. Some interior sections of the Carolinas into the Northeast and New England could see nearly a foot of snow.
There's another shot of snow on Tuesday followed by much colder air at the end of the week. Lows by Thursday and Friday morning could be near zero.
