Federal appeals court says Voter ID is constitutional

CHICAGO -- The Seventh Circuit Courth of Appeals has found Wisconsin's Voter ID law constitutional. In that decision federal judges point to a very similar law in Indiana that's already been upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Voter ID requirement will be in place for November's elections. The ACLU is now asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and block Wisconsin's Voter ID law from taking effect.
