FBI offering $20,000 reward for information leading to capture of Devontae Amos

Justin Tolomeo, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Milwaukee office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced today a $20,000 REWARD as the FBI seeks the public’s help in locating bank robbery fugitive DEVONTAE T. AMOS, age 25, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

On August 2, 2017, the FBI Milwaukee Area Violent Crimes Task Force executed a federal search warrant at a residence in the 9700 of West Lisbon Avenue. During the execution of the federal search warrant, Amos fled the scene.

Amos is wanted for the armed robberies of Wells Fargo Bank located at 6130 W. National Avenue in West Allis, Wisconsin on 05/09/17, Pyramax Bank located at 8001 W. National Avenue in West Allis, Wisconsin on 05/31/17 and Oostburg State Bank, located at 905 Center Avenue in Oostburg, Wisconsin on 7/26/2017.

The Wells Fargo Bank Robbery Reward Program is also offering an additional REWARD of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank in West Allis on 05/09/17.

The public is urged to use caution, the subject is considered armed and dangerous, and
should not be approached. If sighted, please call 911 immediately.
