Police conducting criminal investigation after deadly Kenosha apartment fire

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police and fire departments say they continue to actively investigate a deadly apartment fire that killed a father and son near 36th and 48th streets.

Authorities say they are currently regarding it as a criminal investigation.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New details about a deadly apartment fire in Kenosha.

It happened early Sunday morning near 36th and 48th. 

Loved ones identified the father and son killed as Antonio and A'mari Davidson, and they're raising money to help with funeral expenses.

We've also learned the Red Cross is helping nine others from three units, including a family with four children. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. 

Police tell us foul play is not suspected.
