Fatal crash investigation underway near Silver Spring and Sherman

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Authorities are investigating a fatal crash that happened near West Silver Spring Drive and Sherman Boulevard Monday afternoon, July 6.
Milwaukee police say a vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and struck a tree.
The driver and sole occupant, a 42-year-old man, sustained fatal injuries.
The circumstances that led to the crash are under investigation.
An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7.
